Mr. Woody Woodpecker
I looked out from our bedroom window one time just to look outside when this scene awed me. I was really surprised to see this woodpecker right up on the tree in front of the window. I’ve been hearing woodpeckers all throughout spring and summer, but I never got to see them, more so, not this up close. I had to grab my camera and took this. It would have been nicer if I had a DSLR camera. The photo would have been sharper. But it still looks nice, isn’t it?
River Park
We were invited to a kiddie birthday party last month and it was held at the park near the river. It is actually called River Park. The photo is of the river that I took from the park. Isn’t it nice? It is and I was actually mesmerized by its beauty. It was our first time to have set foot on the park though we had passed by it a few times.
I forgot what the name of the river is. Sorry about that. I have to ask the husband about it. (“,)
I think the river runs to a few different states. I just don’t know exactly. Now, I need some researching, do I?
House On A Hill
We went to this ice cream parlor for the first time last weekend and though we had passed that road many times, I didn’t notice this beautiful house until that day. It is a stone house located on top of a hill just right in front of the ice cream parlor. The husband knows who owns the house before, but he is not sure if they are still there because it has been a long time.
The house is not so big, but it is really beautiful. The landscape surrounding it was so pretty too. That can be my dream house. (“,)
Stream at the Botanical Gardens
We went to attend a memorial service last week and it was held at the Botanical Gardens. It was our first time to see the place so, after the service, we’ve decided to tour around and I was fascinated with what I saw. The place is beautiful. Below are just some of the pictures I had taken.
This is one of the two streams that they had in the area. There were people having a picnic near it that day.
And this is the bridge on top of the stream. The view is really lovely!
Vast Wheat Field
We visited an estate a couple of weeks ago and this wheat field here is just a part of the vast land, 8,000 acres to be precise. I had seen vast lands in my home country before, but still, seeing this made me fascinated. More so, the vast lands we have back home were more on fields of pineapples or corns. It was my first time to have seen wheat fields and I loved it. I know all you can see is grass, but the serenity it brings is just indescribable.
I love nature and this one is simply great!
