My Man’s Magical Music

Our good friend, Carol celebrated her 65th Birthday on Saturday and we were invited to her party at her daughter’s place next door. They only invited family and close friends and after dinner, what busied everyone were chitchats. The visitors separated into groups unintentionally. I didn’t mingle with the women because they were talking about something that I didn’t know about.

So, I stayed with my husband in the living room and that was simply the perfect decision because he played one of those guitar easy songs for me and I just loved it. He loves playing the guitar and he was actually the first man ever who played a song using the guitar for me. Simply romantic!

Garden Waterfall

We visited a garden store in the beginning of spring to look for flowers for the planters when I saw this waterfall. It was really lovely. I had always been fascinated with beautiful garden and landscapes. But for certain, having this waterfall in the garden would cost an arm and a leg. I didn’t dare ask the guy who guided us how much it is because I know for certain, this is something that our pockets couldn’t afford. LOL.

But it doesn’t mean I will stop dreaming about this. I do believe that dreams do come true, so I will continue dreaming that one day, this garden waterfall will be in our yard. Only God knows when will that dream will be granted and I am trusting everything to Him. (“,)

Soon, the Music Will Be Blasting Here!

My husband’s annual company picnic this year was the first that we have attended as family. Adults and children had a blast because they had games for all of us. The food was superb too and to top it off, the company gave each of their employees a door price.

My husband got ipod touch speakers. I was so delighted when he got them because I’ve always been thinking of getting me an ipod. Yes, it is on my wish list and hopefully soon, I’ll get me one so the speakers here will be put on use. For the meantime, they are only a house décor. Hehe.

All Moms Are Beautiful

The wife of my husband’s nephew who we recently showered is the picture of a beautiful mom. Wearing her blue dress, which I later found out is one of those babiesnbellies for maternity dresses that was given to her as a gift, she was such a pretty 7-month pregnant mom.

It was last month when we had the shower and she is due to give birth next month. I think her baby is now on its 36th week. It is a baby girl, their second girl and child. I have no doubt she will be as pretty as her older sister. We all can’t wait to see her.

Lovely Sunrise

This was taken last week. I was cleaning the sink in the kitchen and when I looked up from the window, this was what I saw. This was in our backyard and I took this photo from the window. Isn’t that beautiful? Look at the rays the sun made through the trees. Simply awesome! I was in awe that is why I never had second thoughts of taking my camera and take a snap shot.

Picture perfect!

Parties Galore in Our Life

Birthday parties seem to be a never-ending affair. For this month alone, we are invited to two birthday parties. And when we talk of birthdays, gifts do go along with them. I’ve already bought a gift for the first celebrant and I got a great deal. I always look for great deals when it comes to shopping and, of course, that include shopping for gifts. I’m not rich so that is perhaps understandable. LOL.

I still have to buy one more gift. And yes, I’ve been checking for great deals for this one too. I’ve seen those dropdowndeals coupons and they are simply irresistible. Maybe I will make use of them and see at what store I can get the bestest of deals. Yes!
