Never Too Old to Learn

I am a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from my home country, the Philippines. But when I got here in the land of Uncle Sam, I think my degree there won’t be enough to actually get a good paying job here. I have been contemplating about going back to school, but not really where I have to go to a school because it would be difficult since I have my 8-year-old son to take care of.

I know getting the degree online is the best thing to do and I am choosing between getting an online marketing degree or, if accepted, a master’s degree in business management. I still have to look into the online marketing degree and all, and call people for information. I’ll begin the research next week. Wish me luck!

I’m Trying to Be Patient

Have you seen the new Blackberry pc tablet? Gosh! It is really awesome. When I first saw it, I fell in love with it and I want to buy one pronto, but the problem is that my budget won’t allow me. Isn’t that just sad? It is sad!

Well, I can’t have it now, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have it soon. I will, and that is my goal. I am starting to save for it and pretty soon, I will be bragging about it. LOL.

House On A Hill

We went to this ice cream parlor for the first time last weekend and though we had passed that road many times, I didn’t notice this beautiful house until that day. It is a stone house located on top of a hill just right in front of the ice cream parlor. The husband knows who owns the house before, but he is not sure if they are still there because it has been a long time.

The house is not so big, but it is really beautiful. The landscape surrounding it was so pretty too. That can be my dream house. (“,)

CZ at Her Best

I was surprised to see Catherine Zeta-Jones at the recent Tony Awards looking fabulous as if she had no disorder at all. I still don’t know if she actually went into one of those bipolar rehab treatment centers to be treated, but if she did, we can just be thankful to those treatment centers for giving her back to us.

She was one of the presenters and she really looked so beautiful in her red gown; as beautiful as ever. I think I am not the only one surprised and I should say delighted about her first appearance on TV after the sad news about her disorder. She’s in the headlines this week for a good thing and I’m sure so everyone is really happy for her.
